All e-mails that are received by customer service via the Ahlan Care Web site are acknowledged with an automated acknowledgement receipt e-mail. Once the matter is reviewed, a reply is posted in the user's PIN-protected secure message center and an email is sent to the user stating that the answer to his or her query can be found in the message center. There is a two day response time for inquiries that do not require review of claim or assistance from other departments. There is a seven day response time for emails that require assistance from other departments.
